Wait a second—are you trying to tell us we haven’t shaken off A for good? Well, if the just-released trailer for the third season of “Pretty Little Liars” divulges anything, it’s just that.

Despite the revelation that Mona was the creepster behind all those menacing messages, the texts are back and they are as ominous as ever. And it goes without saying that the four liars aren’t getting any breaks. In fact, A has this message for the ladies: “Game on!” (To be fair, Mona did warn them that there is an A team, so we sort of figured we hadn’t seen the last of her/him/them/whatever.)

But game on indeed! With Mona in an institution, Garrett in jail and the ladies cavorting around town like everything will go back to normal, the girls quickly realize they won’t. “I bet you remember me,” A”says in a text, and from there things begin to crumble. Aria ends up locked in a bathroom stall screaming for her life and the girls are once again digging for clues out in the woods of Rosewood.

Just when fans thought they had answers, a whole new slew of questions are raised. Garrett drops an especially juicy tidbit telling Spencer, “There’s a lot you don’t know.”

We’re sure when season three kicks off on June 5 there will be a lot we find out, but there will be even more we’ll be wondering about. And we wouldn’t want it any other way.

Now that we know A’s true identity on “Pretty Little Liars” (read our full recap if you missed a second of the season finale), we’re left with even more questions. Surprise, surprise! (And, believe us, as you read this we are still trying to come to terms with the big A reveal!)

With fans wondering what the writers have up their sleeves for season three, one of the show’s prettiest liars, Lucy Hale, told MTV News that she expects even juicier storylines to come.

“I mean, we’re sort of trying to figure it all out because A is revealed, and that’s what the show’s been about for two seasons,” Lucy told us when asked about the upcoming season. “So, we start filming beginning of April, and I don’t really know what to expect.

“Our writers are brilliant,” she continued. “And I’m sure they’ll come up with something crazy cause we have 25 episodes in season three to sort of make up for that.”

Well, whatever it is they plan to creep us out with next, Lucy knows one thing’s for sure: She can’t wait to catch up with her pals on set. “I think we’re all a little bit antsy,” she added. “It’s been three months. I think we’re all ready to be reunited.”

Things got pretty sexy on last night’s “Pretty Little Liars.” Sure, Ezra might be unemployed thanks to Professor Montgomery’s constant need to meddle parent, but that doesn’t mean Ezra and his lady love Aria are willing to give up on one another (or give up on hooking up with one another as evidenced by that clothes-free make-out session).

And, as Lucy Hale told MTV News recently, she feels that no matter how many obstacles come in between Aria and Ezra, “I feel like it’s never over for them.”

While things seem to be on the upswing for the constantly more public and always-controversial couple, Lucy admitted that it took a while for Ezra to be a man about the relationship and stand up for it. She was getting kind of tired of always having to be the one to defend the pairing to their biggest critics, her small-screen parents. “Aria always gets the bad end of the stick,” she joked. “Let’s look at Ezra. Man up!”

Well, with Ezra officially manning up, it seems anything is possible for the adorable twosome. “I don’t know [what will happen on the show]. I want to see—I’m a huge Ezria fan,” she said of the Aria-Ezra romance. “I’d like to see them sort of be at peace in their relationship, but, of course, it’s ‘PLL’ and it’s television, so there always has to be drama. I don’t know. I’d like to see them settle down, I guess. Not like marriage, but take the next step to sort of being an official couple.”

Their future may remain a mystery for a bit longer, but the biggest mystery of all—the identity of trouble-making, all-knowing A—will be revealed next week, during the show’s season two finale.

“Pretty Little Liars” fans are just weeks away from learning who A is. It’s been the ABC Family series’ biggest and best-kept secret (which is pretty tantalizing considering that there are so many big and well-kept secrets on the show). The mystery of A’s identity has kept us watching week after week, as he/she wreaked havoc throughout Rosewood, making the lives of Aria, Spencer, Hanna and Emily particularly difficult. But that’s what makes “Pretty Little Liars” super-delicious.

While there have been hints, red herrings, and twists and turns that have left fans guessing and re-guessing the identity of A, Aria herself, Lucy Hale, insisted that when fans find out who this mysterious troublemaker is, they will be very, very surprised. Why? Well, because she was.

“I was personally [shocked]. I think some people will be, some others won’t,” she told MTV News at Cosmopolitan magazine’s Fun Fearless Male Awards event in New York City. “It just depends on how you approach the show, and there’s been clues throughout the two seasons. I think it depends, but I personally was very surprised.”

The big, long-awaited reveal happens in two weeks, and Lucy added that the way it’s brought to light is as unexpected as the identity of the person. “Honestly, in the season finale, it comes out of nowhere,” she added. “It comes completely out of left field, everything sort of comes together. But in the episode it’s shoved in your face, out of nowhere.”

And, in case you’re still wondering, yes, Aria is A. “Basically Aria is ‘A,’ so sorry,” she joked. “I spoiled it for you. I wish! That would be awesome!”

We know there’s always something dramatic happening with our “Pretty Little Liars“—it’s part of the reason why we love them so. Obviously, all of our attention is focused on the show’s biggest mystery, namely the unveiling of A’s identity, which if we find out the answer at the end of this season (which we’re supposed to) leaves a lot of room for new dramatic plot twists and turns next season.

MTV News was lucky enough to catch up with stars Lucy Hale and Keegan Allen at the People’s Choice Awards last night (Lucy brought Keegan as her date! How cute is that?!?), where we tried to gain some insight from the two as to what might unfold next and what kind of mystery will replace the identity of A.

“I can tell you that the girls go through insane trials and tribulations,” Keegan teased. “The most interesting thing to me is Aria and Ezra’s relationship. Obviously [Lucy] will tell you more about it when she gets here. Toby and Spencer go through this insane whirlwind of emotions. A is doing some stuff. I don’t want to say anything, but it’s going to be pretty out of control.”

So what might replace the A identity drama next season?

“Obviously there is going to be something that keeps it going,” Keegan said. “There are so many secrets that revolve around that story line, so there is always somewhere to go, always things to find out and secrets to unveil.”

“I’m sure they’ll come up with something,” Lucy added. “I’m sure there will be some kind of twist. I’m really curious myself because I honestly have no idea where they’re going with it. We’ll see.”

Will we still be seeing rockiness in Aria and Ezra’s romance?

“Oh, yes, Ezra and Aria, they released the information to her parents. They’re obviously not very happy. It’s sort of like they’ve taken a few steps backwards, so they’re starting from square one almost,” she explained. “They’re a strong couple though, so I’m rooting for them.”

“Pretty Little Liars” provides viewers with a mixture of thrills and suspense—a perfect recipe for Halloween fun. So when we visited the set of the ABC Family series, we asked the cast what movies they usually tune in to for a scare or just to get into the Halloween spirit.

Lucy Hale, who plays Aria Montgomery on the series, enjoys the classics. “I like ‘Psycho’ or ‘The Shining,’ but that’s more of a thriller. But I like the older scary movies,” she said.

For Tyler Blackburn, better known to viewers as Caleb Rivers, in order for a movie to catch his attention it needs to either mess with your head or star a sexy actress! “I love psychological thrillers, I mean, ‘The Sixth Sense’ is such a classic,” he enthused. “You know, honestly, there’s a movie ‘What Lies Beneath,’ which at the time I saw it, I was freaked out by that. I thought that was great. Plus Michelle Pfeiffer is a such babe.”

But Shay Mitchell, who plays Emily Fields, isn’t looking for a scary as much as a Halloween-esque experience. “I don’t know about favorite scary movie, but I will say my favorite Halloween-ish movie: ‘Hocus Pocus.’ And we were all talking about that when we were shooting that [Halloween] episode, and we were just like, ‘This kind of reminds us of “Hocus Pocus.”’ But that’s my Halloween movie. Every Halloween I watch it.”

So if you’re looking to score a great horror movie this Halloween, take it from the people who know about thrillers!

When I think “Pretty Little Liars,” the term “guilty pleasure” definitely comes to mind. So when MTV News recently visited the set of the ABC Family series, we had to ask the stars which guilty pleasures (i.e. sweet Halloween treats) they crave.

While star Troian Bellisario likes to sink her teeth into caramel apples and pumpkin-flavored things, cutie Ian Harding said he likes to opt for something a bit on the softer side.

“Those marshmallow pumpkins I think always top everything. I love them because they’re like the perfect size cause candy corn is such a tease,” he says.

If candy corn is a tease, then that happens to be right up Shay Mitchell’s alley.

“Candy corn. Love it. I only eat it on Halloween. And there was a lot of it on the Halloween episode so I was like, yeah!”

The other two stars we talked to, Tyler Blackburn and Lucy Hale, took opposing views on the great chocolate vs. sour candy debate.

Tyler loves anything chocolate, evident from his long list of Reese’s, Snickers and Twix. Lucy, on the other hand, claims that she was never a “chocolate girl.” “I like the sour stuff like Sour Patch Kids and Nerds and Swedish Fish,” she says.

Hopefully these sugar habits won’t get in the way of the cast’s pretty little smiles.

Thanks to last week’s deliciously creepy “Pretty Little Liars” Halloween special, we were treated to plenty of eye candy in the form of our favorite Rosewood residents done up in crazy costumes. (We’ll belt, “…Baby One More Time” any day to hefty Hanna as Britney Spears!) But, when we stopped by the set of the ABC Family hit earlier this summer, we wanted to know what the actors and actresses behind the characters wore for their very first Halloween costume.

In a fun coincidence, both Shay Mitchell and Tyler Blackburn recalled dressing as clowns (albeit straddling very different positions on the cute-to-creepy spectrum), but the most swoonworthy story, unsurprisingly, went to Ian Harding.

“Both of my parents worked really hard when I was a kid, so I didn’t really care about costumes,” he explained. “I cared about walking around the neighborhood with my parents. I’m pretty sure they were like, uh, you’re a ghost! And threw a sheet over me and cut little holes in it, probably while I was still in it.”

While his specter memories are a bit hazy, Ian clearly recalled the year he dressed as a pizza-loving, crime-fighting reptile. “I know I was a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle,” he continued. “I think I was Donatello. Whichever one was the purple one. That’s what we decided on. My dad was like, ‘He’s the most literate one, so you should be him.’”

We would definitely pay good money to see Mr. Fitz dressed as a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle! And just in case you were hoping a photo had somehow leaked on the internet, we already Googled it (to no avail). Nevertheless, Cowabunga, dude!

Lucy Hale is a secret singer. Well, it’s not that much of a secret. She did appear on the “American Idol” teen spin-off, “American Juniors,” sang a bit on “Pretty Little Liars” and sings a whole lot in “A Cinderella Story: Once Upon A Song.”

When MTV News caught up recently with the actress, she revealed some of her former pop star back story. “Well, the whole reason I got brought out to L.A. [was] I grew up my whole life singing; that’s what I wanted to do,” she said. “Acting wasn’t even in the picture. I wanted to get a record deal. I was 15 at the time. The year before I had done ‘American Juniors,’ so we formed this group and we were signed to Jive Records. It was a great experience. I learned a lot about the music industry, and obviously that didn’t work out. It was a little discouraging. I was still striving for it.”

When that didn’t pan out for the multi-talented lady, she gave acting a try. Spoiler alert: That’s worked out a bit better for her. “Acting sort of took off, and I fell in love with it, and then this movie came along… I was really excited cause I knew it was a musical,” she said, raving about working with the music production team, Rock Mafia. “I had never been in the studio and recorded songs that could be on the radio right now. It was a good experience.”

So now that she’s given it a try, might we see some more music from Lucy? “I’m hoping the soundtrack does really well,” she said. “There’s a couple things kind of in the works. I definitely would love to make an album, but I want to make sure it’s exactly what I want to do.”

Have you bought “A Cinderella Story: Once Upon a Song” yet? Do you hope Lucy makes an album?

In true “Pretty Little Liars” fashion, we’re hours away from the series’ summer finale, and we feel simultaneously closer and further away from uncovering the true identity of demented texter A. Will we know who she/he is by the time the credits roll on tonight’s episode? We fear not, but when we spoke to star Lucy Hale on the “PLL” set recently, she did give us a few hints as to what we should expect in tonight’s action-packed episode.

Being that we chatted before last week’s reveal that the girls told Dr. Sullivan about their A problem, Lucy was a bit guarded with her answer. “The girls have made, you know, a decision as a group to finally, for the first time, to talk about A to someone. Who I cannot name,” she said coyly. “But, they tell this person, and then A finds out and gets revenge.” Yep, all things we know. But here’s where it gets good:

“They’re used to being punished as a group, and this time they’re each given a task by A to complete, that are not the easiest of tasks and will hurt them or someone they care about. So Aria has to make a decision that has to do with a certain love interest, and so that’s what she’s dealing with. There’s a crazy ending. There’s mud. Girls in dresses in mud. It’s sort of a cool play on the poster for season two.”

Indeed it is. But back to the love-interest thing. Does this mean Aria will finally tell her parents about her relationship with Ezra? Here’s hoping because I’m getting a bit tired of all the secrecy as far as that storyline is concerned.

“Pretty Little Liars” star Ashley Benson flaunted her figure in a strapless short white dress on the blue carpet of the 22nd Annual GLAAD Media Awards held at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in Los Angeles, California on Sunday (April 10)- more pictures below.

The 21 year-old actress recently revealed she went out on her first date at the age of 17 and it was a disaster because she had never had sushi before… Ashley didn’t know how to use the chopsticks and she got seaweed caught in her teeth.

Ashley said, “I was eating sushi and it had seaweed in it, and I got seaweed caught in my teeth. I’m trying to act like nothing is wrong. He was just staring at me. It was not cute. I totally embarrassed myself. … The date kind of went well after that, because he became my boyfriend and it was a very cool relationship.” (watch video below)
