Lucy Hale holds hands with new boyfriend Chris Zylka while visiting him on the set of his show The Secret Circle on Saturday (February 4) in Vancouver, Canada.

The 22-year-old Pretty Little Liars actress and her 26-year-old beau grabbed some coffee while exploring the city.

“Canada, it’s been a while and i can’t wait to see you tomorrow!” Lucy tweeted before her trip up north.

Poor, Hanna. Her boyfriend’s sneaking around behind her back with three other girls and her evil step-sister is enrolling at Rosewood High. But circumstances aren’t quite as dire as they sound, as the girls in question are Hanna’s best friends whom Lucas is helping decrypt video from the night of Alison’s murder, and, as it turns out, step-sister Kate is in a peace-making mood.

As the “Pretty Little Liars” (sans Hanna, obvs) watch, Caleb enhances a new portion of tape, revealing something intriguing: a fake I.D. depicting Alison with dark hair. Why did she need a second fake I.D.? Left out but not forgotten, Hanna calls each of the Liars’ phones without an answer, until Spencer finally takes pity and picks up. Big mistake, Spence, because Hanna overhears the discussion and knows something is up. Family time, shmamily time.

Hanna isn’t the only one being deceived, however. When Spencer asks Aria about her Philadelphia meet-up with Ezra, Aria tells her that he never showed. But we all know he did (hello, rain-drenched make out!). Aria heads to the city to meet up with her man under the guise of hanging out with Holden.

Though she’s been putting up her own good front, Spencer is clearly devastated about the disappearance of Toby, going so far as to wear one of his shirts under her own sweater. But distracted friend Hanna hardly notices because she’s wrapped up in her family reunion with Kate. When the evil step-sister finally shows up in the cafeteria, however, she’s actually, well, nice. Spencer’s pretty sure she’s met Kate before, but it takes a few days to place her: Kate was a camper in big sister/camp counselor Melissa’s bunk and apparently the bugs took a liking to Kate. There’s photographic evidence of Kate in all her ugly, swollen insect-bite glory, and Spencer uses it to ensure Kate’s continued pleasant demeanor towards Hanna.

When Spencer later shows Hanna the image, however, the blond also discovers the picture of Ali’s fake I.D., forcing Spencer to reveal that Caleb’s been helping them. Obviously upset, Hanna storms out. When Caleb finds her later and apologizes, Hanna explains that she’s not just trying to protect him; she’s also watching out for her mom, who you’ll remember is Rosewood’s own John Dillinger, bank robber extraordinaire.

Hanna and Spencer eventually make up too, and Hanna reveals that she once saw Ali in a salon trying on a dark wig and answering to the name Vivian Darkbloom, which Spencer smartly recognizes as an anagram of Vladimir Nabakov, the author of “Lolita.” (Who knew Ali was a member of the literati?) Hanna remembers swiping the novel from Ali and discovers a claim receipt hiding in the pages of the novel. A claim receipt for what, I’m not sure.

While all of the Alison/Vivan Darkbloom drama is unfolding, things continue to heat up for recently reunited couple Emily and Maya. Em’s mom returns to Rosewood, taking the girls out for a lovely dinner, which Maya botches with bizarre discussion topics like marijuana and making out with boys. But don’t worry; the girls patch things up, exchanging “I love you”s and the steamiest girl-on-girl make out ABC Family has ever seen.

Life isn’t so peachy for Aria’s beard, Holden, though. When the two come to the realization that they both don’t have a date but met up anyway, they spend the night playing air hockey and eating pizza. Aria notices a large bruise on Holden’s abdomen (the corner of his shirt had oh-so conveniently been pulled up), and we can’t help but wonder if something bad is happening at home. Something forcing Holden out of his house as many nights as possible.

And having her own domestic drama is Hanna, who’s being framed for sending a naked picture of Kate to the entire school. I’m curious to see how long Kate’s nice-girl act will last now that her body has been revealed to the entire student body.

When we recently chatted with Lucy, we had to know about any possible music plans. Check out what she told us:

“I would like to, but as I mentioned before, it’s all about timing. When I want to make my own music, I want to be completely involved. I want to make sure I know exactly what I want to do and I’m sorting that out and finding my sound. I love country music. I think I would want to make a country album, maybe,” Lucy shared.

In next week’s episode “A Kiss Before Lying,” After putting her foot down about Caleb (Tyler Blackburn) with her friends, Hanna (Ashley Benson) begins to feel that she is getting the cold shoulder from them.

Aria (Lucy Hale), Emily (Mitchell) and Spencer (Troian Bellisario) seem to be up to something, but she can’t quite seem to figure out what it is. But what Hanna may take as the cold shoulder, could really be just a case of guilty consciences from her friends.

And if her best friends avoiding her weren’t enough, Kate’s (Natalie Hall) first day at Rosewood High is looming. Now that her evil step-sister is invading Hanna’s space, she needs her friends more than ever.

Did everyone catch the television premiere of A Cinderella Story: Once Upon A Song on ABC Family over the weekend?

Filmed in North Carolina late last year, the flick stars Lucy Hale, Megan Park and dreamy Freddie Stroma as ‘Prince’ Luke Morgan.

JJJ recently caught up with Lucy during her Radio Disney Take Over and had a huge question for her — who would she pass the Cinderella crown onto, if they made another Cinderella-type movie?

“Oh my gosh, I don’t know! Oh, maybe one of the Shake It Up girls. They’re all so talented. I think Zendaya would be a good Cinderella,” she shared with us.

WHAT DO YOU THINK?

Men of Rosewood: If you value life and limb, do not date one of the “Pretty Little Liars.” That was basically the over-arching lesson of last night’s episode of the ABC Family drama. Whether this also applies to women (i.e. Maya) is yet to be seen, as she was conveniently absent from the proceedings. Let’s review the other rocky romances:

Spencer and Toby
Spencer, more than anyone, is a pro at sending mixed messages. Sure, she and Toby shouldn’t be together, but that doesn’t mean they can’t make out in his pick-up truck on occasion, right? Wrong. A knows about their clandestine kissing, texting Spencer as much. So when Toby stops by the Hastings’ to pick up his tools, and rings Spencer’s cell, it’s Emily who answers saying S is “unavailable at the moment.” Smooth, Em. Toby returns later to dismantle the scaffolding around the barn, but A (sort of) beats him to it, loosening a screw which sends the supports (and Toby) tumbling. It’s okay, though! He only has a concussion and a broken arm. But it’s enough to spur Spencer to end things once and for all…in probably the most cowardly way ever. She has Emily (her official Toby liaison, apparently) tell him she’s into someone else. Toby assumes its Dr. McGleamy (Wren) and splits from Rosewood. Forever?

Aria and Ezra
Recently-returned-to-Rosewood Holden is officially Aria’s beard (and she his). But is he gay? That’s the question, and the girls are pretty sure he is. Aria spies him checking out a girl, though, and isn’t entirely convinced. She calls Ezra (on Emily’s phone, natch) and leaves a message to meet her in front of the clock in Rittenhouse Square if he thinks there’s any chance of them ever being together. (Of course, we already saw this moment on the Brooklyn Bridge in the “Sex and the City” movie, so we kind of knew it’d end happy.) Under the guise of a friendly get-together, Ella drives Aria and her beard into the city, where Holden goes on his way as Aria waits. And waits. And waits. All hope looks lost until, through the foggy mist, drives Ezra ready for a rain-drenched smooch that would make Nicholas Sparks proud.

(Oh, and if you’re wondering, Holden isn’t gay. But he is up to something…)

Hanna and Caleb
Caleb is able to retrieve more footage from A’s cell phone, and it shows Ian and Ali in the woods, breaking to a bit of static before returning with Ian hiding the camera in Ali’s room (right before Jenna and Garrett walk in). What does this all mean? The trio were not only in Rosewood the night of Ali’s murder, BUT WERE IN THE VICTIM’S BEDROOM. Hanna decides things are getting too dangerous for Caleb (Officer Garrett was seemingly spying on him at a cafe, after all), so she takes the drive with the data and blends it into an electric smoothie. But that doesn’t deter Caleb (who wisely saved a back-up copy on his computer), who appeals to Emily and Spencer to let him continue investigating. They agree, revealing the need-to-knows to Caleb but keeping Hanna in the dark.

Also worth a mention: The girls find evidence that A was terrorizing Ali before her death, and Noel Kahn is rebounding from Mona with Jenna. These will no doubt be important tidbits as we get closer and closer to learning A’s identity.

JJJ was on the scene and got to chat with the 22-year-old actress about the premiere of A Cinderella Story: Once Upon A Song.

Lucy shared with us, “I think everyone loves the story of Cinderella because it’s sort of the underdog achieve, in this case a girl, whatever they’re going after. In the movie, Katie wants to be a singer and then there’s the love story and there’s really not anything to dislike [about it].”

“He’s so lovely. He’s so charming, blond. He’s everything you think he will be,” Lucy gushed about costar Freddie Stroma. “He’s British and awesome. He’s incredibly smart. I think he majored in neuroscience…then he’s in Harry Potter. He’s just great.”
